Domain Names and Names That Point to a Website

    Hi There,

    Ok, well I will try to explain this the best so it makes the most sense when answering it. For instance my website is www.workingathomeknowledge.com. Lets say I buy other domain names and point them to this website. First of all if I buy a new domain name and point it to another does it have the same strength as my initial domain name? And as well is there any benefit in buying other names? One last question is, how is the pointing domain name ranked by google? Does it look at the end result to where it points?     If your domain is satisfied,it's not necessary for you to do a redirection using another new one.Why not spend more energy on this domain only?Domain redirection is always
    used in the case that some one want to change a new domain name for his website and still want to keep the old domain available for some time.You should know that,the
    pointing domain name will never have the same strength with your initial one.

    I guess my thoughts was I could post a table of contents on the secondary domain name or just point it to mine for more traffic
