Domain names and Extention - .cc .in .un .bz .ws

I you had to chose between the following extentions what would bring the money.

.cc
.in
.un
.bz

and lets say the domain is a single three letter word.

Example: gin.in or something like ehow.un

Would you only concider the TLD or would you also look at the amout of hits on lets say google.

Or maybe if you have something like GIN dot anything, it would bring good money and the extention wouldn't matter.

I'd go for .cc personally since it is a pretty catchy extension in my opinion. By the way I don't think there's an such thing as .un, where did you hear about that extension?

 

I'm sorry typo... It's .nu Do you know where this is used? I have a ton of them that are good 3 and 4 letter keywords.

I just have no idea where to sell them.
