    there is no nees to forums posting with .com domains.you can buy any kind of domains like .info,.net etc..and use these domains for forums posting.i can give preference to .info,.net...

    Very true.
    Also, for a forum, you can go for a better domain name with other extensions rather than for settling on a domain that you will possibly have to compromise on.
