Hi, I am thinking of selling one of my domains that is 1 year old and has a PR of 4 and 5000 backlinks. I wish to keep the domain private for now. My question is, how much is just the domain worth..I will not be including the site because I have had problems in the past transfering the whole site, so this time I just want to sell the domain name and transfer it via a Godaddy push.

So generally speaking, how much should I list the BIN for? Here is a few details:
    - 1 year old domain
    - Godaddy registered and free push
    - domain is an LLLL.com
    - PR of 4
    - 5000 Backlinks

Please give me a ballpark figure that I should put it for as BIN...remember its the Domain name only. Thanks for any help!

Sorry to break it to you, PR will be lost once you sell the domain. Backlinks will be wiped out by Google when the owner changed. Wish you luck with it.

I don't think this is accurate. As long as the domain is sold before it expires, the PR and all backlinks will transfer. Google only "wipes" on expired domains (and then even some folks are able to rebuild/maintain PR).

    Canadian1974:
It is hard to say what the domain is worth, without know what the domain is and what "keywords" backlink to it.

Can you PM me the domain? If it fits my needs, I will make an offer.

I agree with Canadian1974, if the domain doesn't expire nothing will be changed but the billing/ownership of the domain.

With 500 hits per day, it should make good amount of revenue if parked. Have you parked it somewhere?
