    Once they discover it they will force you to take it down, so I would develop the site with a non-trademarked domain instead.

    They tried to take down paypalsucks but it was protected under free speech or something.

    paypalfordummies.com might be tolerated. paypalshoes.com definitely not. Besides, that's a horribad name. Pick some jibberish like Zappos instead. :)
