domain name with obama in it

    would it be ok to have a website with only obama in it and other words?

    in what context would it be legal or illegal?

    IANAL but I don't see a problem. There are many pro and anti Bush sites with George in their names.

    I don't think that adding the word "Obama" in the domain name will be illegal. You can use it.
