Depends on what you plan on developing it for? There is very little if any search traffic on Google for easier loans as far as a broad match, and nothing trackable at all for the exact phrase. There is a good deal of traffic for things that relate to loans and this domain could still help you rank for many loans related terms. If you're planning on adding a lot of good, valuable content behind the domain that will actually help the visitors, I would say go for it.
