Hi all, i've been lurking here for around a month now and i have decided to get started. The thing is i bought a domain but i do not have the funds currently to purchase web hosting. So i was wondering how can i use my domain name to start affiliate marketing. For example if i write an article shall i use my domain name and if so what shall i relink to. I am not sure if that makes any sense but i hope anybody can help me.
I'd create some free web 2.0 pages that link to your domain (such as Squidoo...) then write articles that link to those web 2.0 pages. For now you could have your domain just redirect to a Clickbank product with your affiliate ID You could build your landing page once you've made some cash and are able to buy web hosting. You should choose a CB product that directly relates to your domain name of course. Don't be random.
Hi Omari, In regards to the webhosting, it's worth shopping around, you can get some hosting pretty cheap these days ... sure, the cheapest isn't the best, but it's worth a try. Otherwise, Zibblu's suggestions are all very worthwhile.

yes omari....trial and error is the best way to learn. Too many people spend too much time researching and not enough time trying out ideas. Too much bs out there! Goodluck
One good option if you don't have the $$ for hosting is Synthasite - 100% free, no ads, and you can use your own domain as well. Very easy to use too if you don't know much about web design.
Thanks guys for the advice. I do have another question though. So i now have a blog on blogger but i use the domain name i purchased as a 301 direct. What i was wondering is when i am trying to get backlinks and when i am trying to use google analytics shall i use the domain name i purchased or the blog.blogspot.com. I hope that makes sense to you guys.
