imo, it is worth the regestration fee, even though it is short, there are many other 3 letter .orgs around, and this doesnt stand for anything obvious. Possibly make your own proxy website with it (if u need help how to, ask me, i made quitesly.info) unless of course you find somone whos business name is that?!
