Domain name same a copyrighted painting/artwork?

    I bought a domain a while back. But now I noticed that the domain name is exactly the same as a rather new painting with copyright. So it appears to have been the homepage of this painting before. Would it be ok to use the domain? Or could that get me in legal trouble?

    Hello! If it was the painting's homepage, there might be some legal issues. You try to settle an agreement with the original owners to be sure nothing will happen. Good luck!
