Domain name sale agreement?

    Someone offered to buy one of my domains and I need to find/write/make-up a domain name sale agreement.

    Does anyone have a sample I could mark-up?

    how come you need to do that? If you somplete the transaction with someone like escrow they hold the money until the transfer is complete - the transfer being complete meaning all details updated to be the new owners. Is it a difficult customer requiring legal documents?

    Ah, i see, not so simple then! take a look at www.namepros.com, there are a lot of knowledgable people there regarding domains, and I think they have their own legal section of the forum
