you have only 64 customers, but what is the annual turnover? 13% profit margin? is that before or after taxes, hosting, and support costs?

I am very happy to make you an offer, but it will be based along the lines of 0.5 x estimated yearly profit.

Varies too much to quantify. It's domain names. People transfer names in for low transfer fees (not at a loss) and sometimes transfer out after a year. Some keep them longer.

Gross profit before expenses.

- 0.5 x estimated yearly profit
Again, it's domain names. There is a relatively small margin per item. Because the new signups, renewals, transfers-in and transfers-out vary so much, the yearly profit goes up and down. It is a long-term investment.

Remember, this includes the account with some of the lowest domain name prices available.
