    Is it ok to get a name such as yahooblogger.com, wiiblogger.com, or something like that and just to park it?

    So I want be sued or anything and be ordered to give the domain up, if all I'm going to be doing is parking it?

    You are talking about cybersquatting which can carry a fine of $100,000.

    And it's also okay to expect losing the domain name at the very least, pay up
    to $100K the worst under a US law as mjewel posted.
