domain name question

    does it matters for SEO if i have domains like ab.com or a-b.com ?

    Usually it's better to have a domain with no delimiters (_ or -). This is better for a couple different reasons.

    1. Better chance of direct type-in traffic.
    2. Past visitors revisiting by direct type-in.

    Either way they can both be read the same to search engines, so I would go on availability.

    That right plus google give more weight to domain without - as its consider as non original domain of the services provider or of the brand name

    If domain is not available you can add a numeric, but its sounds with meaning

    Try to have a domain with no delimiters (_ or -). But if the domain name you are looking for is not available then you can go for the domains with the delimiters.
