hye I have received an email from one company that want to buy my domain name. Actually, the domain name was purchased about 2 month ago I did not build yet any site of that domain. The company said that my domain name have a potential and they want to buy it from me. So what are your suggestions for the price that reasonable for this kind of deal. I have no experience at all to face this kind of deal.So if you are experienced selling domain names, what range of price that reasonable? I have in mind....$3K?..lol..
There are a number of sites that deal in domain names...you might try a Google search and see if you can get a better idea.... 3 grand sounds good ...but what if it is worth way more...like 300 grand....you never know....
Maximum $1000 you can get from the domain. If you want to get higher bid,you need to post it for bidding at sedo dot com.
that's the price they have offered.Do you prefer any domain appraisal service company which is the best. Sedo and Godaddy seems pretty good.. $1000..do you appraise it using free tools or paid one?
Maybe you must think first about the possibilities that you might get from your domain, maybe you can have more money by maximizing your domain
I agree with you justcrowd. The domain has a potential. Problem if he doesn't know how. He needs more investment for that. I'll try to think of a new good domain now and sell it.
I would suggest you to check better who wants to buy your domain, as it can be a scam (I have received many of these emails)
Just watch out for scammers, there's lotof of them they will approach you and pretend they have interest in your domain then later on they will ask you for a quick appraisal which they will ask you to pay for a fee. Also, if it's a serious offer, why you don't let them make the first offer? what might be high for you might not be for them. Good luck
