Domain name prices skyrocketed nowdays?

    I remember Godaddy selling domains for $7.95 few years ago and now suddenly $13 per domain. Looks to me about 50% increase in domain name prices.

    Whats going on in the domain industry?

    If you have 100 domains and if you have paid the domain prices one-off for 5 or 10 years those days, its great savings and investment on domains, i guess. Honestly i never thought that domain prices would shoot up this much. Its wise to invest in domains i guess.

    P.S: I am coming to DP, after 3 years.

    Well, more demand=higher prices.

    I think they are still $7.95 or so when you use coupons. PM me for $6.31 price.
