I've found a domain I'm very interested in. When i goto the page it says:

Notice: This domain name expired on 09/18/07 and is pending renewal or deletion

How or when can i buy this domain?

I believe it is about 3 months after the expiry date, assuming that there are no one queuing up before you.

GoDaddy do offer their expired domain names at TDNAM for auction since they have the first hand at it.

You can buy it only at the auction or when it totally drops out of circulation and treated as brand new.

Or you may contact the owner (check whois information about the site which does list site contact).
You may also try to back-order the domain (at pubdomains.com for $18.95) and should it become available, you may get it for yourself.

    Cheers

I would check back at tdnam frequently. It should show up there before it is dropped. Of course once it shows up there it will appear on other people's radar too..

I don't think you can intercept it between where it is, and tdnam though, w/o contacting the current owner and getting them to renew it, and buying it from them.
