    Hi guys,

I register one domain name few months ago and now I received one call from Govt entity that this domain was running by govt from last 4 years and it should be given back to the department, but now I hold the ownership of the domain name and this is not reserved TLD for govt, this TLD can be registerd by anyone... but what they told me that this is the system mistake... (but I think its not my mistake)

I guess the domain name was expired and then I registerd it but I am not sure about it....

Now everything is running from my hosting and I hold all the control but I need your advise about the rules and other things which can be happen...

Please suggest me the right path....

    Regards
    khadim

If the name is a registered trade mark owned by this company, I am afraid you will have to eventually give it back to them but if it is not, you can definitely demand a good price for their mistake! :)

erline, Right Man, thanks very much for your reply... and good news is this is not trade mark, this is just a generic word.
