Hi I am working on a website and the domain name has stayed the same but the full address for internal pages have changed.

The domain is www.sccssurvey.co.uk but the full home page is www.sccssurvey.co.uk/s/home

Should I be using the later for linking etc?

If you do a 301 redirect of the domain root to the other page you can still do link building to the domain root and it will pass all the PR and link juice to your home page.

For home page, use the 301 redirect to your domain. And for the remaining pages, it doesn't a problem.

you should be using your domain because the shorter the url the better and you have to 301 redirect it the new domain.
