    Notepad works for me. :)

I keep saying I am going to set up a spreadsheet but have never taken the time to do it.

Or are you wanting something you can place on a site?

I find backpackit.com works well. In particular, their system of tags lets me easily track registrar, hosting account, DNS, PR, and all the other things I like to keep track of.

You can also try online services like domaintools and domainsbot.

That would be great... right now I'm using an excel spread sheet, but have to manually update it each time I renew, sell or transfer a name.
