So you want someone who desperately needs a $1 domain name to split profits 20/80 while you do no work? I don't think anyone is that stupid.
Not that I am interested in doing a joint venture, the domain isn't that good. It's a very long info domain which you can buy for just a few dollars. Anyway, I think this site would probably be best as a web directory for businesses in the US.
I'd have to agree, a .info isn't worth much and America Corporation doesn't make any sense. American Corporation does.
So what are your contributions to the 20-80? Important thing is that, a partnership to work out is that you have your contribution and he has the contribution. Make a win-win situation. I think most of us cant see the win-win situation here....
