    Domain Name Issue - Trademark...

I have a trademark on a Name and someone owns "the name i trademarked" .com

I own the .net,.co,.org,.ws etc etc.... There person that owns the .com has a BLOG and is only willing to sell it for a huge amount of money.

Can i legally get the domain name from them? What do you guys think?

    Thanks!

If they had it first or are not otherwise infringing on your mark, then no you can't just take it.

Do you really have a trademark? trademarks can cost lots of money, and take years to go through the system....
just because you have domains does not make them trademarked, that is not how the trademark system works.

A trademark costs nothing and is established upon first usage in commerce for a particular class. While not required to establish a trademark, the filing fee for a federal registration ranges from $275 to $375 per class.
