I am not sure whether this thread should be asked here or not.But anyway since its related to legal thing I am asking here.

Can I register a domain with another copyrighted registered name ?

    I mean can I register a domain like sdad-sony.com or ddsa-google.com ?

Can they take action against us ?

Short answer is no, you can't. And yes, they can.

The longer answer is that trademarked names, like Sony and Google, are the property of their trademark holders. Using their names in your domain is trademark infringement.

If you want the even longer answer, check out my current blog post on the topic...

    Don't do it.

As Deena said very well you can't register a domain that contains trademarked terms like the ones you listed. There are a few rare exceptions where doing so is protected under freedom of speech as long as they are not used for commercial use. Just look at the cases for paypalsucks.com as an example for this.
