I got my domain names appraised and they are worth $300 each. However, im still having a tough time looking for buyers.
Is the market that bad? Or is it just my unlucky streak?

Where did you get them appraised? Some Appraisal sites are pretty much junk. Besides, just like collectibles, the only true value is what someone is willing to pay for it.

no appraisal services are accurate. if you have a good domain then make sure your whois info isnt private and buyers will come to you. you can look at historical data of similar domains to yours that have sold to get an idea of amounts that you should ask for yours.
