This is a great forum for anyone with the energy to participate in a great niche community. There have been several mods installed which seem to be a great trend in forums:

Custom made menus (currently coding)

I have an Assistant Site Admin who is a "go-to" guy to help with coding. He has been paid for a year of work on the forum (Paid until June 08).

The forum is a great place for hosting/affiliate/domain advertising. I have not really had enough time to devote to the forum with the personal issues I have going on at the moment.

I am looking to sell the site with the OWNED VB license (~11 months left). There are a lot of good things about the forum and I'll probably regret the sale. I just want it to succeed and I can't put into it what I want to. I guess I am an "all or nothing" type of guy

I am looking for offers above $400. No BIN or reserve set yet.

Im sending you a PM. The stats look a little higher than I quoted here because I paid someone on DP a dollar "to help increase traffics" (yes with an 's') and to make a long story short was sent some useless traffic. The numbers I quoted is legit in terms of referrers from other domain forums, deal forums, and DP. Also a few misc. Im basically saying I am not quoting this garbage traffic in this.

is this site running on a shared or dedicated server? And will it run great on a shared server?

 

Its on a shared reseller now, and it has great speed according to the latest alexa speed report. I have no issues with speed on the site but a dedicated or vps might be an option once all the downloads are added.

 

I have had tons of PMs with Tons of questions but no solid offers. I am looking to move this domain. I am interested in Arcade sites if anyone is curious about a trade. Thanks.

First we arrange a deal with you over MSN with verbal agreement, then you back out of sale with me telling me you changed your mind and you found a partner (which I find reasonable enough in order to keep running the site yourself, so I didn't mind), but the next thing you do is sell the site to someone else...
