I want to buy a domain which is like

    E(something)bay.com

The site is about ebay and how it works. How people can benefit from it.
Nothing against ebay though. So it's like a guide to people who want to know about Ebay.

Since having the word "Ebay" is a trademark violation i want to buy a domain something like:

    E(something)bay.com

What do you guys have to say about it ??

LoL no am not asking for domain name suggestion mate ;)

But thanks though it's a nice name. I wanted to know if it would be like making people confuse about ebay brandname.

Cos i got a notice about Face-BookProxy.info from Facebook.

Is Ebay a similar jerk as the FB ?

THe trademarked name ebay will be subject to the same copyright laws as facebook, how about trying a name related to the auction nature of ebay? focussing on keywords that ebay is related to?

No, I wouldnt be using the word "Ebay" in one flow at all.

It would be like for example:

    eGuideBay.com

have you assumed that the user will not automatically associate it with ebay straight away since you're practically shoving another word within the trademark name? what you want is a domain that's easy to brand, memorable, and relative to your niche

Ebay won against "Perfume Bay" - they are extremely aggressive in protecting their trademark. I wouldn't use the word "bay" in any domain that has to do with ebay.

It depends on what you are using the site for. Are you selling something there or is it just an informational site that you want to make adsense money from? If you are an ebay affiliate and plan on selling ebay items, then you will have troubles. If you are offering information about eBay, like how to sell or how to make money, then you should be okay.
