    Hi There

I have domain name , and I have transfered it to another registrar because an stupid hacker was want to hack me and hacked me for two time but i recovered my account access..
But just after some days from the transfer i saw that my domain name Status is Pending-Dispute, Anyway my partner contacted my registrar over the phone regarding this case but they have told him that somebody call them over the phone and said to them that its my domain name and it has been transfered illegal! (Hijacked)

And my registrar now want me to call them and talk with them..
I Really don't know what i need to do!
Moreover my English is so bad, and i don't think that i can talk by phone with them, and i tried to get lawyer but all the lawyers cost is more than 2k
    Also my registrar is GoDaddy.com

    Anyone can help?

Well, not all lawyers cost $2000 or more. I certainly don't (though I'd like to). Hijacking is a real pain in the ass, both for you and for the registrar. I've had to deal with it several times for clients. The registrar wants to talk to you personally to ensure that you're not the hacker....

If you can't hire a lawyer, you can call and talk to them (maybe with your partner on the other line to help if they can't understand you). When you finally get it straightened out, have them put a password on the account. That way the only person who can change the registration information is you.

If you have other questions, don't hesitate to ask.

I agree with Deena, I would just call them. If your name shows as the registered owner, you have nothing to worry about. If a hacker is able to get access to your account multiple times, you should contact the domain registrar and let them know your account is being hacked or change the password to your account frequently.

Use all forms of identification you can, i.e. the credit card/pay pal you paid with. The first email address you signed up with etc.

Also relax, the guys there are human too so just stay calm and explain your situation.

Unfortunately you have to talk to them via phone. Have a friend who speaks
english with you, as Deena suggested, and stay calm as FaceJolt also said.

    Hey guys
the case in not like this,
Please understand that they know that i am the current owner!, so why i need to send them my cc info and.. to proof my ownership?
they received a report from that hijacker say that i have hijacked this domain and transfered it to their company (registrar)..
but they never said this, who say this is the hijacker that claim that he is the old owner for my domain and i have hijacked it from his account in old registrar..
The registrar know that the transfer has been done 100% legally , also they don't need me to proof them anything!,
its him (hijacker) who need to proof them how the domain has been hijacked from his account..
But as i said, he is very smart and maybe he can Deceive them by his says..
Anyway i see the only way that i can get out from this shit is by taking a smart lawyer...
    not?

And that is one reason why they want you to call them. They'll want to see if
you're able to verify your claims.

I know this is frustrating. Heck, it was frustrating having to deal with this sort
of thing in my previous registrar life a few times, especially when trying to find
out who's "telling the truth" and who isn't.

Now, you're seeing it only from your perspective. And that's understandable.

Try seeing it from their perspective, and you might then understand why they
want you to call them. But if you still feel getting a lawyer will solve this issue
better, and s/he might tell you the same things everyone else practically said
also and pay more money, then do what you believe is right.

    Good luck. You'll need it.

Haha, hire me. I can most likely perform some forensics and security analysis over your systems and see exactly what happened, therefore in a legal formality, be able to defend you because I will prove that you were simply a victim. Most hackers leave tracks over logs and other sectors of the website.

Just call them or ask one of your friends to call , also give them enough information to provve that you are the genuine owner of the domain .
