Does anyone suggest a good domain adviser program or site that notifies people on expiring or soon to be released domain names?

I've been looking around and majority are domain resellers :/

Until you do your home work. I read an article about it a few months ago. Any name that has traffic or links will be taken by the big boys. Go Daddy etc., but if you want a "special" domain like you last name and you are you may find yourself bidding against yourself. The auctions are very private and you won't know if any one is bidding against you or the people running the auction are just bumping the price to see if you will go hire. None of the auction results will ever be published. You will never know anything about an auction you were a part of.

That is what I read and I tried looking for a few domains that would have some links and none do. Except when they go on the expired domain name list.

Hope this helps, check it out for yourself.
