Domain Name Choice

I have two domain names that I really like but I don't know which one to pick and which one is better for SEO. Obviously I'm not going to put the domains up here because they are both currently available :) The first one I thought of is really creative and ends with an -z. I like this one a lot but I'm afraid that if I put a z on the name it won't rank well with search engines. My second one is "howto......." (the ... is the thing I'm trying to teach people how to do) It's very boring but it's really descriptive and I believe it will rank better. What do you guys think?

Get both and have one of them be a redirect to the other.

I am using a website that has a distinct domain. I can choose my name very easily. However, it doesn't end it dot com. It is affordable for me. Side note: I am new and would like to meet people here. Thanks.Marcus Wahlskype id: mcwahl1

I'm told it's better for your main keyword to be at the start of the domain name rather than then end (I'm assuming you have got your main keyword in your domain name?).

Did you check how popular the keyword and the "How to + keyword" are for searches, with the Google Keyword Tool or other keyword software?

Use your main keyword with whatsoever you have select the domain name. You can use Google adword keyword tool to search relevant keywords.

Yeah, both is definitely the way to go. Then re-direct them and get the keywords correct, to ensure that they rank highly.
