    Hi,

I run a domain with an ebay bans type thing on it. The domain is along the format fordcarparts.net (but not that)

Now, presumably this allows me to be sued....

Can anyone clarify what is not allowed - actually running such a site with the title 'Ford car parts', or just the domain name?

Ok, now assuming just the domain is questionable, now I already own the domain, am I allowed to foward fordcarparts.net to carparts.net/ford without the risk of legal action?

    Am I even allowed carparts.net/ford?

    Thanks all

Redirecting a domain that is infringing upon a trademark does not relieve you of legal liability (you could still be sued).

Using carparts.net/ford is most likely fine - you still need to make sure it is clear that you are not associated with the trademark holder so there will be no consumer confusion.
