I am new and learning a lot here. I have a domain name that is available that I am thinking of getting about health tips. Do you think adding the word "free" to the beginning is a good idea or should I save that for the title. Any suggestions are appreciated.

If I were you then I wouldn't have used it if the domain name was available without this word. However, SEO guys might disagree, so wait for their responses.

I was thinking maybe it would bring more traffic and possible turn them into buyers.

If you want them to "buy" something then better to leave out the word "free".

some domain names with "free" at the beginning looks spammy, especially when selling something using this kinda domain name,
