    Shawn,

We are using Domain Manager successfully on renewals etc and have it working great.

Basically have stumbled onto a few examples where each time we invoice for our renewals it invoices customer for same domain (Looks like when that invoice gets closed due to payment, does not advance the "Next Registeration" for these examples).

Maintenance & Preferances > General Prefernaces > Miscellaneous > Next Registeration Date Mandatory for Domains "Yes"

Basically error rate is minimal and manageable at the moment just wondering if any other thoughts or complaints have been logged about something similar?

What from your perspective could cause the Next Registeration Date "not to advance" for some of the domains?

    Thanks,

To be honest, I've not heard of it and can't think of a reason why it would be. If you go to one of the invoices in question, and you open it, it should roll the registration date backwards. Does it do that if you try?

I was not able to have it roll back "registeration date" when opening a closed invoice for:

    1)An invoice in question
    or
2)A normal correct Domain invoice with no woes.

Is is supposed to roll each one of their (domains registeration) back when invoice is opened? Appears not to do that for me.

    Thanks.

Actually, double checked, and it's not supposed to (I thought it did like the expiration date, but I was wrong).
