Hi, i had a proxy site available on wokos.com for a few months. About a month ago i parked the domain with sedo. It has been consistently making about 8 euro a day from sedo with optimized keywords.

C'mon man! I suggest you not to sell it for so cheap because Established Parked domains are sold for ~6-12months rev. usually.
At Least I'm selling my domains for ~6-12months rev, and there IS buyers.

 

I would guess he is selling it because he just switched it from a real site to a parked page, so the old traffic that he got will feed a parked page well, but won't last, links will die, users won't return, it isn't getting natural "type-in" traffic, but rather, residual traffic, which is why people have only bid $100 and not $7 /day * 365 = $2500+ Because the traffic will die eventually, which is the reason for the cheap price tag is my 2 cents.

 

still traffic will remain for 2-3 months atleast. My proxy was down for 15 days beforei parked it due to server crash, still i didnt lose traffic and after parking also traffic has not gone down much. To all users, i forgot to mention that proxy was down for 15 days still it is getting traffic.
I'm still looking for atleast 2-3x monthly revenue for this domain
