Hey all, i'm currently building a domain listing website (user submits a domain for sale, visitor contacts them to buy [Simple example]) Though, Is there any legal procedures I'll have to take, e.g. not liable for dodgy/stolen domains listed apart from removing them when reported with proof, or would it be a simple matter of including it on the terms of service that where not liable for such actions if they're stolen etc? Also, i'm wondering about actual verifying they own the domain listed. Yeah i've thought about looking up the first/last name via whois...but then again, that also could be stolen. Is there any other ways on verifying they actual legally own that domain they've listed? I'm seriously not sure where I'm going here, since i've not acutal built any type of site as such.
