domain legal issues if i buy .us domain in india

hi
suppose xxxxx.com is a brand in india and i buy a domain xxxxx.us.

note:- there is already a another brand in uk as same name xxxxx.co.uk


now i want to make a site on that domain or sale that domain to that brand for international business.
what is good in this pls tell me.

I wouldn't buy it unless the company is yours. As far as I know you're also not allowed to have a .us domain unless you're a company or US resident..

 

i think we can,coz if usa ppl can shop,and the products are delivered to the usa,its allowed.

 

Dont be that hungry for traffic, this could open a whole host of fireworks for you, it is very inlikley to make you money only cost you in legal argument, why not choose somthing more direct to your brand and use teh legal money you saved to market that, its safer and cheaper in my oppionion.
