Domain is already in use by another account.

I tried adding additional domain (or should I say replacement) and the username I selected already existed on the network. On the second attempt I got "Domain is already in use by another account." and clearly I have not signed up for that domain yet since there was a duplicate user error. Can this be cleared so I can sign up ?

Is the user account that already set the domain one that you setup?

It's been over couple of weeks ago since I did it and I don't remember what user name I tried but a minute after the attempt the duplicate user + password did not let me login. I'll PM you the domain, could you clear it ?

You would need to post it. I don't do support via PM (sorry).

You know you can enter your email address, and it will email your old account info to you, right?

Yes I do, however I have multiple domains with the same email account and it only sends me password to the first one registered.
