domain .info bad for seo ?

    No difference buddy in between .info and .com , but generally if your making blog than advisable to use .info

    while there is no difference in practice there are some mitigating factors, not least that certain search engines (cue MSN for instance) dont/wont spider .info's

    Nope, oops! Sorry guys, i'll remove it.

    It was a picture, i'll get rid off it.

    It was because I secured the document root with .htaccess and it can't serve anything from the site without a password, anyway, fixed, sorry.

    We are often asked these question that whether the domain matters to SEO but the answer is no it has nothing to do with SEO whether you have .com, .org, or anything else but the people who properly don't remember your URL might straightly go to .com extension rather than .co.in or enything else.

    I believe there is no problem with .info domains. The only problem it has was it was cheap and I believe still is for the first year of registration. And many spammers take advantage of the low price so there are tons of .info spam sites.
