over year ago i sold a website to someone which was fine there were no probles and still arnt to this date.

However i just receved an email from a compay regarding the site, so i just went to do a check on it, and also did a whois lookup.

The domain is still registered in my name, however it now uses the new owners eail address. (im not going to and have no intention of doing so) Does this mean in effect its still mine, and could claim it back?

This cant happen as the site was paid for using paypal and so the other person has evidence its his site, but in theory if i was paid in cash or something?

It isn't your domain no matter the mistake of the Registrar. Simply notify the new owner of the mistake to have him or her rectify the problem.
