Great name! However; special characters in a domain decreases its value overall. You could try outsourcing some (or purchasing redistribution licenses) simple custom Wordpress (or HTML/landing page) themes and offer them on your website, then sell it as a web design start-up business. This could increase its by a long shot!
Reg fee. The hyphen means it is going to loose traffic to the unhyphenated domain (word-of-mouth and type-ins might sometimes miss/forget the hyphen). If possible, get a refund. If you can't, it doesn't seem worth the time developing it (the unhyphenated version has been sat there for a while doing nothing) or renewing. If you're lucky, someone who doesn't know better might offer some money for it.
It's available without a hyphen in other TLDs, so I think the market might be a bit more limited than you think. If my intent to have a domain with these words and the .com is taken, then I would personally go for one of the other available TLDs before a .com with a hyphen. There is a buyer for almost any domain though, it's just a case of finding them. Good luck with your sale!
