I would recommend installing wordpress. Goto www.wordpress.org and download their latest version (2.6.1 at the time of this posting) and follow the instructions on how to install. You will probably need to download and FTP client as well.. a nice free one is www.smartftp.com Good luck
nooooo after you buy a domain name you host on another sever fore FREE all you have to do is swap the dns server names and bobs your uncle your done. dns sever changes can take up 24 hours to work though, but you get free hosting for life. try www.awardspace.com
