Domain & Hosting Advice

    Hello DP members,

    I bought a domain at www.godaddy.com, but I haven't yet purchased paid hosting for it. At the moment I have only free hosting, with ads at the top of every page, which I don't like.

    I want to get my domain hosted with Godaddy, and I noticed that they have lots of extras, such as Traffic Blazer, etc.

    What extras should I consider buying? Is there any point of taking Traffic Blazer or anything other extras?

    Any advice and suggestions are welcome.

    Godaddy is a giant in domain name industry, but their name in hosting industry is not very good. If I were you, I would check with other hosts, not Godaddy. Avoid overselling hosts at any cost!

    I would start with the basic plan and add any extras you may need at a later time.
