    You need your buyer's email/username so you can initiate the transfer.

    Transfering to Someone
    Transfering a domain to another user is Free.

    * Make sure the you want to transfer the domain has a Namecheap account
    * Login to your account
    * Click on the domain you want to transfer on the domain listing page.
    * Choose 'Push this Domain ...' option
    * Enter the destination user name and your password to authenticate the move.
    * Choose the options like if you want to push the WhoisGuard subscription, Contacts.
    * Click the submit button and the domain is instantaneously transferred to the other user

    With Namecheap, all you need is the new owner's namecheap username then you can do a push over to them. It should automatically change to their info if they enter them correctly. Otherwise, it will retain your details which they can change.
