I disagree - this is a great domain and a classic hack being that "this just in" is an iconic phrase in America...difficult to appraise but the brandability on this one is sky high for a news site. It would make no sense to give this one up.

I like it as it'd be good for a news site. I'll buy that off you if you're interested in selling :) PM me

Yeah I agree that it could be really great for branding on a news site. Would be even more valuable if you could also secure thisjustin.com though in case people forget about the ending.

I'm probably going to have to go with registration fee as well. I understand its an iconic phrase in America. However, I think "Justin.tv" might have the corner on that market, and might be a bit more memorable. The "this" seems kind of extraneous to me, and I would be prone to type "just.in" more often than not (without the "this"), in which case I'm more likely to end up with a Google "Did you mean: justin.tv" link...

    Creative though!

The value would be in development as a news site, then the name would be catchy and appropriate, this could lead to a relatively high value for such a site with little effort or cost involved in its development. Think about getting some News RSS feeds onto a basic site and posting opinions/comments on news items
