I want to keep my domain names and webhost separate as i feel very soon i would have more traffic as i am starting couple of new projects, and to avoid any issues with the webhost provider.

So please tell me how can i register my domain name at godaddy and use my bluehost webhosting with it.

    regards
    tj

Simply redirect domains to the IP of your server:
In godaddy, you should look into manage domains, MX and ... records

Change DNS settings for domains registered at godaddy.

    Change to:
    ns1.bluehost.com
    ns2.bluehost.com

And Add your domains as 'Addon' domains at Bluehost.
