Domain gets expired hosting provider did not renew it Help!!!

Hi DP,

I have this domain for a couple of years now fusionden(.)com I paid for its renewal before it gets expired but apparently the staff from philhosting.net (reseller) where I bought it did not renew it I emailed them so many times to sort this thing out but they never reply to my emails.

Can someone help me how can I retrieve my domain before the redemption period ends? I don't want the domain age gets reset once it gets deleted from the registrar also it has PR2 I don't want to loose my hard work.

Also where can I report such bad service like this hosting companies, so many complaints against this hosting provider but they still operate?

They're the people that basically designate and allow people to open Registrars. What you need to do is tell that exactly what happened.

Thanks for help guys. Finally they heard me. I thought I will loose my domain for sure, but their service is unacceptable hopefully they will not hold my domain once I transfer to another registrar.
