Domain Freaking Problem

I have changed my server before two days and added a new NS record to the domain registrar end. The site started working in 5hrs when I check from my home. But when I reach my office and check it again (different ISP) it was not working. I used to watch this problem whenever I add new domains.

But the most freaking problem what I found happen today. I checked the site from my computer, but it seems to be down. But when I check from my staffs computer its working ?

The site is dynamic, so the offline web data is not the freaking thing.

What is this freaking ?

 

try clearing your cookies or something, may fix it
