Domain forwarding from good PR domain to lower PR domain good?

    Hi everyone,

    I was hoping to get some information about improving one of my websites PR rank and backlinks through domain forward

    ............Scenario................

    domainone.com currently has PR of 1 and has 5 google backlinks
    (also the main website for new business)

    domaintwo.com have PR 5 and over 50 google backlinks

    and say I use GoDaddy's domain forwarding and have domaintwo.com forward to domainone.com. Will google then count all backlinks and PRs (after update of course) to domainone.com and therefore increasing domainone.com to PR4 to PR5 and count 55 backlinks?

    Oh yeah, both domains are in the same industry.

    They say that if you do that with a 301 redirect the PR does get transferred.
