Domain for sale - PR2/3

    I have a domain name for sale: PhDProcrastination.com. The PR of the domain is 2, but the index page (http://phdprocrastination.com/index.php) has a PR of 3.

    Reason for sale: No longer a PhD student and real life is distracting me :)

    Description: PhDProcrastination started as a community for PhD students, a place where postrgrads can come to cool off after a hard days' work in the lab or library. It included some random publications, online games, a forum, and a place to vent.

    The target is an excellent niche that is worth exploring and promoting. The site has amazing potential if someone nurtures it a bit.

    Traffic: Nothing worth mentioning. I haven't updated the site in months. When I started the site back in August, traffic was about 50 pages views a day. It was quite a sticky website.

    Strangely it's not even cached in Google and MSN shows no backlinks... what is the source of the PR3?

    Well, when I first launched the site, I added a link to my sig at the phdcomics.com forum and that got some traffic and some PR. Also, someone blogged about the site from Live Journal, and that got a link, but little traffic.

    All this happened before the Jagger updates of Google in October/Nov.
