Domain for my blog

I am having a blog on blogger. http://greentac.blogspot.com
I have work on this blog for few months and i plan to buy a domain name for it. The problem is www.greentac.com is no longer available. Only greentac.info available, do you it is suitable? Or i should change the domain name?

 

what template did you use for that blog??? looks nice

 

You can go to get the link at the bottom of my blog.
But, i did some modification on the template..

 

Either go with Greentac.info or completely change the domain name to something different. Blogger automatically redirects all traffic going from the old domain to the new one.

i buy my domains thru namecheap and host thru imountain.com. namecheap provides free whois privacy -- at least for the first year... i'm not affiliated with either of these companies. i use them for all my blogs, and imountain has really awesome customer service.

The things you should care is the renew price, make sure they give you a discount for renewal for 2 years.

 

Greentac.info is fine but I would find a .com anyway (something completely different or greentac-something.com or something-greentac.com)

In my opinion Godaddy is the best company for domain registration (I do have more than 250 domains there)

When you buy something at Godaddy don't forget to google "godaddy promo code" in order to get the coupons you need to pay less

the .net is still available

 

.Com is always preferred, why don't you try your country tld?

 

I haven't tried yet, but do u think the domain (greentacblog.com) is too long to remember?

 

.net is good. But I think get a new name would be good, to avoid confusion with greentac.com.

it is actually a company... the domain will expired on year 2012, but, i can't view the website..

Good choice... dotcom is the best period! And specially when it doesnt have any hyphens in between so keep it up! You should update your siggy!
