Domain for illegal or crack site .

    Hi guys ,
    can i buy a domain from any domain registerer like namecheap,dynadot,domainrightnow for illegal or crack site ?
    Or what ?
    Please tell me full info about that....

    I think that you can, as long as that domain does not get reported and the registrar gets a court order to shut down your domain.
    I don't think it matters if you register it with off shore registrar because those registrars have to comply with ICANN requirements and the registry regulations.

    I wouldn't take a chance doing that! Imagine you will work on developing this site and someone copy your content and posting on these type of sites!

    Domain registrar firms must register your domain name. But don't register with godaddy. Maybe they can be problem for you.

    Most places won't do that. Just in case, I'd use whatever registrar crackspider, or better yet the places it searches (mscracks, etc) uses. DO NOT go to those sites with internet explorer, and DO NOT downnload the random exes they prompt you for (if you investigate)
